For Schools

Considered Careers: Career Guidance for Schools.

Career guidance for high school learners that goes beyond assessments.

Considered Careers helps schools support learners as they make important subject, study and career decisions. We combine psychometric assessment of cognitive ability, personality and career interests with structured narrative reflection and group feedback, helping learners move beyond a list of suggested careers towards informed choices and practical next steps.

How it works

From assessment to practical next steps.

  1. Assessment

Learners complete assessments covering cognitive ability, personality and career interests.

  2. Narrative reflection

Learners receive a guide developed by our Industrial Psychologist to help them actively engage with their results and think about their future.

  3. Group feedback

A facilitated session unpacks the findings and explores potential careers, study routes, courses and alternative pathways.

  4. Practical next steps

Learners identify actions they can take next, including where to find information about and apply for relevant courses.

The programme can be discussed with schools and tailored to the learner cohort, school context and practical requirements.
